Peter: when is OJA going to get an official IF? Note that in Indian institutes, journals need to be Scopus-index for people to get credit for appraisal etc. I hope that also will happen soon for OJA. Thanks

The Impact Factor is run by Clarivate (Web of Knowledge) not Scopus. We have applied to be indexed by both Web of Knowledge and Scopus but both are private companies who are not accountable to anyone so we have no say in when or if they will accept us.
